Data Deletion Instructions

PromoBurst AI respects your ability to control information associated with your account and connected services. You may request deletion of applicable data associated with your use of PromoBurst AI.

Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or another supported Meta service to PromoBurst AI, you may disconnect that integration through the available account or channel connection controls in PromoBurst AI.

You may also remove an application's access through the applicable settings provided by Meta. Removing access prevents PromoBurst AI from continuing to use that authorization to access the connected Meta business assets.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your PromoBurst AI account, use the support options provided within PromoBurst AI and state that you are requesting account data deletion.

Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable account, such as:

• The business or workspace name associated with your PromoBurst AI account.
• The email address associated with the account, when applicable.
• The connected service or account for which deletion is being requested.

What Happens After a Request

After a valid deletion request is received and the account can be identified, PromoBurst AI will delete or de-identify applicable information that is no longer required to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, accounting, or operational purposes may be retained only as necessary for those purposes.

Connected Platform Data

Where applicable, stored authorization information associated with a disconnected Facebook or Instagram integration will be removed or invalidated in accordance with PromoBurst AI's operational and platform requirements.

Third-Party Data

Deleting information from PromoBurst AI does not automatically delete information maintained independently by Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or another third-party service. Requests concerning information held directly by those services should be made through the applicable third-party service.
